ABOUT

Welcome to the website for the Aboyne Arts & Theatre Development Group. We aim to promote the advancement of the arts and culture in Aboyne and the surrounding area. Organising in the Deeside Community Theatre, Aboyne, and elsewhere in the area, the showing of a range of popular films (including films for children, mainstream films and special interest films). The screening of live theatre on line (such as performances within the National Theatre Live and English National Opera programs) and finally, organising live theatrical and musical performances. Coupled with this we aim either to provide funding for the maintenance, or upgrade of some of the equipment and facilities in the Deeside Community Theatre, Aboyne.

Cinema at Aboyne provides the opportunity for mainstream films to be viewed as close to the release date and special live event screenings in a local setting.

MUSIC

Music at Aboyne aims to bring regular live music to Aboyne and the wider Deeside area.
