With a great deal of pleasure, the Aboyne Arts & Theatre Development Group has finally pulled all or most of what we do together in this website, giving you, the theatre user, improved accessibility and ease to find productions that we put on for your pleasure. Coupled with this, are changes to how you will book your tickets, which will be covered below.
To increase accessibility of purchasing tickets, it has been agreed that this facility will be moved ONLINE. Because we appreciate the continued support that you give us, we have decided that we are going to absorb the booking fees for tickets purchased online. We are going to use the service provider Ticketsource for this purpose. The benefits of this service is that it will give you choice of seat selection from the comfort of your own home, see current ticket availability and allowing you to print your tickets at home or simply download them to your mobile.
It is appreciated that some either will not be able to or feel uncomfortable purchasing ONLINE. To facilitate the ability for you to continue to enjoy the entertainment we provide, we have arranged with Ticketsource, a telephone booking option for you. There will be an additional charge for this service of £1.75 per booking.

If you require to use the disabled access seating at the rear of the auditorium, these have been included in the ONLINE / Telephone booking options for you. This will eliminate the requirement for you to book other seats and then inform of the need to use disabled access seating. Obviously, there are still going to be only 4 of these available as previously, and these will be allocated on a first come basis, however, they are clearly marked on the seating plan as Disabled Access Seating.
Unfortunately, refunds will only be given if we have to cancel or reschedule an event. You are more than welcome to try to resell your tickets though.
